Financial Analyst – GermanyOverview We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting within our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will provide insights into business performance, assist in decision-making, and contribute to financial strategy development. Key Responsibilities • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review. • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. • Collaborate with business units to collect and validate financial data. • Assist in developing financial models for decision-making and planning. • Prepare presentations and dashboards to communicate financial performance. • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Good understanding of business operations and key performance indicators. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Fluent in English; German is an advantage. • Based in Germany or eligible to work in Germany. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques. • Understanding of corporate finance and investment analysis. • Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting. •
