Job Description: • $26.00 - 28.00 per hour • Monday to Friday 6:30pm - 5am • Deliver auto parts to our customers in TN from LaVergne to our Cleveland hub area • CDL required, previous tractor/trailer experience a plus! The Hub Route Driver plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's customers receive the parts and accessories they need in a timely and efficient manner by moving Aesop stock between locations for further dissemination to our customers. Additionally, the driver's adherence to safety procedures and traffic laws helps to minimize the risk of accidents and associated costs, which ultimately contributes to the organization's financial success. Job Overview • Drive SAFELY to and from customers according to route needs • Follow loading and unloading procedures and ensure that the parts are secured properly and will not be damaged during transit. • Use the appropriate parts handling equipment, properly distribute the weight of the parts, and follow safety protocols. Job Requirements: MVRs will be run as part of the prescreening process. • High school diploma or GED is required. • Valid and clear commercial driver’s license • 1-year minimum preferred driving experience operating a tractor trailer. • Forklift Certificate preferred. • Automotive experience preferred. • State Level Requirements for Drivers License: (TN) CDL + Valid Wage Range: 26.00 - 28.00 per hour
