Robotics Maintenance Technician $32/Hr Description The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following: • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors) • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures • Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries • Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets • Electrical, knowledge of basics components • Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment • Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts Skills Electricians, Industrial HVAC, Industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, conveyer, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, motors Preferred Industries & Equipment: Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors) Preferred Qualifications • Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operations • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) • Continuous improvement mindset • Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon RME • Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards • Associates or higher degree or a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field • 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field • 2+ of experience working with PLC based controls systems • Experience with robotic operation and maintenance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
