We’re hiring Machine Operators for a stable weekday shift—perfect for those who enjoy a consistent schedule and a supportive team. Schedule • Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Enjoy long weekends every week with a 4x10 schedule. Pay • $20–$24/hour DOE • Weekly pay What You’ll Do • Operate and monitor production machinery in a regulated, cleanroom environment • Assemble medical devices with accuracy and care • Inspect components and finished products to ensure top quality • Use microscopes and magnifying tools for detailed work • Document processes following strict GMP standards • Package final products for shipment What We’re Looking For • *Must have* experience operating production machinery in a regulated environment • Experience in medical device assembly or pharmaceutical production preferred • Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting • Skilled in microscope use and fine motor tasks • Strong attention to detail and documentation habits • Eager to learn, grow, and follow procedures Perks & Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401K + Life Insurance • Paid Sick Time • Weekly Pay • Training & Growth in our Quality Management System • Supportive Team Environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
