Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience. • Manage client accounts effectively using Zoom and excel, updating information accurately and tracking interactions. • Provide detailed service information, guiding our clients through solutions tailored to their needs. • Collaborate with CAD, field and public agency teams to identify opportunities for solving concerns and overcoming delivery issues. • Assist in resolving client issues by analyzing their concerns, coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, and following through until complete resolution. • Support marketing initiatives by gathering client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and Service offerings. • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to facilitate analysis and continuous improvement. • Participate in ongoing training on project management techniques and new Services to enhance service quality. Qualifications • Proven experience in client service roles with excellent communication skills that foster trust and rapport. • Familiarity with various platforms for account management and data tracking. • Basic understanding of Real Estate transactions....the higher the understanding the better. • Strong analysis skills to interpret client data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. • Knowledge of related Services is a plus but not required. • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive approach to resolving issues swiftly.
