We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to help maintain smooth operations, organized systems, and exceptional service for our clients and internal teams. The Role As our Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping communications and project workflows running efficiently. You’ll manage daily administrative tasks, support scheduling and documentation, and serve as a key connector between clients, project managers, and field teams. Your contributions will help ensure seamless operations and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Maintain calendars, schedules, and project documentation to ensure timely coordination. Respond to client and partner inquiries via email or chat with clarity and professionalism. Support new client onboarding, including documentation and process guidance. Track project updates and assist with reporting and administrative follow-up. Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate them when needed for timely resolution. Keep detailed records of communications, schedules, and key project information. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to support daily operations. What We’re Looking For Clear, professional communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills. Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Patient, solution-oriented, and proactive in supporting clients and internal teams. Comfortable using technology, including scheduling or project management tools.
