2-4 years leadership experience, preferably in cleanroom or medical device manufacturing, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage production schedules and quality documentation.
Clean Room Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift Hours: 6pm-6am (2X2X3) Rotating Schedule Hourly Rate: $30-$35 Overview: - The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of operators, packers and material handlers, while partnering with the quality team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This skilled and detail-oriented role will be essential in ensuring the precision, high quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes. Job Duties: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Assist in managing inventory levels of packaging materials and report and shortages to the procurement. - Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, including health, good manufacturing practices, and safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including shift reports, quality control logs, and maintenance records. - Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and quality concerns. - Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient production flow. - Provide training and guidance to team members on cleanroom procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. - Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with ISO 7 cleanroom protocols. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleanroom staff, including Extrusion Operators, packers, material handlers and quality personnel. - Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively enforcing and participating in the safe work of others. Be a leading example of adherence to all internal safety procedures and policies to keep a clean and organized manufacturing environment. Job Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience. Experience: Minimum of 2 – 4 years of leadership experience desired. Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment preferred. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and precision of work - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
