Job Summary Administrative Alliance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Night Biller to support end-of-day freight billing for multiple transportation clients. This is a remote Independent Contractor (1099) role. Contractor determines their own methods and tools to complete the work during their evening availability window. The ideal candidate has strong freight billing experience, excellent accuracy, and is comfortable working independently in a quiet late-night environment. Duties • Process end-of-day freight bills for multiple terminals • Complete pre-audit checks (delivery address, accessorials, weight, pieces, signatures) • Correct missing or inaccurate shipment information • Manage late driver emails/uploads • Close out Numark nightly billing batches • Complete McKesson billing if the file is received before 1:00 AM • If McKesson file has not been received by 1:00 AM, notify owners for transfer • Ensure all shipments are accurate and ready for the morning billing team • Communicate via text/Slack when clarification is needed • Maintain accuracy, speed, and clean account flow • Follow workflow procedures (SOPs provided) Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Work Location: Remote
