103835BR Job Title: Asset Manager/CMMS Analyst - ADM site Department/Function: Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities Job Description: Asset Manager/CMMS Analyst This is a full-time, exempt-level position. _Ideal work locations for this position include Decatur, IL; Des Moines, IA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Clinton, IA or another ADM site. This is not a remote work opportunity, as the individual must report into an ADM site for work._ Job Summary This position will ensure proper development and use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) within ADM. The individual in this role will partner with other colleagues throughout the development of the reliability strategy to maintain and critically assess the equipment, and will have responsibility to troubleshoot CMMS issues and research various CMMS topics for the Maintenance departments. Additionally, this person will help with various standardization efforts across the organization. Required Qualifications: + 2–5 years of experience in CMMS administration or analysis + IBM Maximo expertise (navigation, work orders, preventive maintenance, asset hierarchies) + Basic SQL skills for data queries and reporting + Understanding of CMMS/EAM principles + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Effective communication and documentation skills + Ability to support and train end users + Understanding of asset management and reliability best practices + Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (BIRT, Power Bi, Tableau) + IBM Maximo certification + ITIL Foundation certification + Experience with data cleansing and migration + Project experience (implementations, upgrades, change management) Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
