THE ROLE The Supply Coordinator supports the growth and quality of Blip and Adkom’s national OOH network by helping maintain accurate inventory data, assisting media owners through onboarding, managing inbound information requests, and supporting internal teams that depend on clean and up to date inventory. This role is a junior partner to the Inventory Manager and plays a key part in improving data accuracy, responding to inbound needs, and building positive working relationships with media owners. RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory and Data Accuracy • Assist with ongoing inventory updates including pricing changes, missing fields, photos, measurements, formats, and other details required for accurate listings. • Support improvements to inventory data that help increase revenue to key assets and strengthen marketplace performance. • Update Geopath information and other sign system details as new data is received. Media Owner Onboarding and Support • Help gather, organize, and enter new media owner inventory during onboarding, including coordinating with media owners to fill in missing information. • Provide junior level support to media owners by answering questions, confirming data, and helping ensure accurate onboarding of new structures. • Assist with proactive outreach to operators when additional information is needed, or when updates are required to maintain data quality. RFP and Contract Support • Respond to Adkom RFP related inventory requests by gathering correct data, confirming accuracy, and supporting the Inventory Manager and CSM team in producing clean deliverables. • Support contract related requests by helping track down missing details, replacing incorrect information, and ensuring that data sent to buyers is complete. Internal Coordination • Work cross functionally with Sales, CSM, SignOps, and the Adkom team to resolve questions, make updates, and ensure accurate data flows between teams. • Participate in internal meetings to review inventory status, identify missing information, and communicate needed updates. Process and Quality Improvements • Identify recurring data gaps and help develop lightweight processes to speed up intake and reduce errors. • Assist the Inventory Manager with creating structured workflows for onboarding, updates, and verification steps. • Maintain high attention to detail in spreadsheets, import sheets, and internal systems. QUALIFICATIONS • Strong organizational skills and clear, effective communication with a high level of accuracy. • Proficiency working with spreadsheets and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. • Proactive approach with the initiative to gather information and solve problems independently. • Comfort working with customers, partners, and internal teams in a professional and clear manner. • Ability to build, maintain, and cultivate long-term working relationships. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and support the team as needed. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter. • One or more years of experience in a related or detail-oriented role is preferred. COMPENSATION The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 – $80,000. Compensation is determined during the interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
