Manage and coordinate marketing projects from conception to execution, collaborate with creative and technical teams, oversee marketing operations, and support client communications.

Project Manager for a Fast-Growing Marketing Agency We’re looking for someone who thrives in the beautiful chaos of agency life: someone who loves keeping projects moving, supporting a creative team, and being the person everyone naturally turns to when things need to get done right. This role isn’t for someone who wants to stay in one lane. We need a true generalist, someone who’s worn many hats in marketing and isn’t afraid to jump into something new when the moment calls for it. You’ve probably managed campaigns, built reports, dabbled in design, fixed a broken web page or two, and know how to speak both “creative” and “technical” fluently. What You’ll Do Keep projects on track from idea to execution, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing and what comes next Work closely with designers, media buyers, developers, and clients: translating needs, expectations, and goals clearly Oversee marketing operations and help refine processes so the team can work smarter, not harder Review and help build Facebook & Google Ads campaigns: you don’t need to be a full-time media buyer, but you should know how to spot issues and opportunities Audit websites and landing pages, make light edits, and collaborate with our dev/design teams on improvements Create or review visuals for social media, banners, business cards, and other brand assets Keep communication flowing (inside the team and with clients) so no one feels lost or left guessing Contribute ideas, solve problems, and help shape a culture where great work and great energy go hand in hand Who You Are A natural leader who doesn’t need a title to step up and guide people Someone who’s worn different hats in marketing in ads, content, basic coding, design, operations, and enjoys switching between them A clear, confident communicator who knows when to listen and when to take charge Highly organized but flexible enough to adapt when priorities shift Energized by fast-paced environments where ideas move quickly and everyone contributes The type of person who brings solutions rather than waiting for direction Someone who values teamwork, collaboration, and honest conversations Creative, resourceful, and excited about helping clients grow Able to work normal US Business hours in the central time zone Who You’re Not The kind of person who needs step-by-step instructions before making a move Easily thrown off when things get busy, messy, or shift suddenly Someone who wants to stay in a single specialty and avoid learning new skills Quiet when issues pop up or hesitant to communicate openly Intimidated by new tools, platforms, or light technical work Uncomfortable switching between creative tasks, operational work, and client communication Looking for a slow, predictable job where every day feels the same Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
