We are seeking a highly skilled Services Delivery Technology Lead to play a pivotal role in building and sustaining strategic partnerships between our customers and Adeptia’s services team. This position is responsible for designing and architecting solutions and leading solution implementation on the Adeptia platform that align with customer requirements. The Services Tech Lead will collaborate closely with clients, internal subject matter experts, and offshore development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Key Responsibilities • Partner with customer Business and IT teams to define solution requirements for custom development, APIs, EDI, and integrations using the Adeptia Integration platform. • Translate business needs into solution architectures and technical designs aligned with Adeptia’s capabilities. • Present and storyboard solution designs to customers and prospects. • Oversee project deliverables and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely execution. • Review implementations and provide design guidelines to development teams. • Support customers in deploying and configuring the Adeptia platform. • Advise customers on architecture best practices, design strategies, and configuration recommendations. • Contribute to product strategy by providing input on new solution development and enhancements. Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Experience • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology. Technical Expertise • Strong background in iPaaS, API management tools, data flows, and B2B integration workflows. • Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, or 3PL platforms. • Knowledge of integration/messaging protocols: REST, SOAP, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Webhooks, FTP/SFTP. • Advanced proficiency in: • SOA, Java/JEE, Web services (JMS, SAAJ, JAXP, etc.) • XML technologies (Schema, XPath, XSLT, parsing) • RDBMS/SQL • Windows & Linux OS • Application servers (JBoss, Jetty, Tomcat) • Exposure to modern web UI frameworks (JavaScript, AngularJS, ExtJS, NodeJS) is highly desirable. • Deep knowledge of middleware integration technologies and standards (EDI X12, EDIFACT, iDOC, etc.) in B2B/ETL/EAI/Cloud Integration. • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, with a focus on AI-driven integrations and intelligent data mappings. • Experience leveraging AI/ML models to automate data transformation, mapping, and workflow orchestration. • Familiarity with AI-powered API management, predictive analytics, and intelligent routing of integration flows. • Understanding of how AI can enhance error detection, anomaly handling, and optimization in enterprise integration scenarios. Professional Skills • Proven success in distributed client environments, delivering under pressure for mission-critical 24x7 applications. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English), with the ability to present ideas clearly and document designs effectively. • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills. • Commitment to quality, continuous testing, and adherence to best practices. • Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and professional growth.
