Adecco Staffing is seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Associates to join our clients team at the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero, FL. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with questions. Responsibilities: • Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing them with product information and recommendations • Maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed • Participating in inventory management activities, including receiving and processing shipments and conducting regular stock checks • Assisting with special events and promotions as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays a must What's in it for you? • Pay rate: $15.00 per hour • Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week • Comprehensive benefits after 1 week – medical, dental, vision, options available We offer flexible scheduling options of 16 - 30 hours per week to fit your lifestyle.
