Senior Marketing Technology Specialist – Remote US Location: Remote US Salary: $80k-93k / year + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Benefits: Eligible for-profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Sponsorship: Not available The Senior Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing the marketing technology stack at our client. This role identifies and implements opportunities for AI, automation, and advanced technologies to streamline processes, improve campaign performance, and enhance audience engagement. The Senior Specialist manages marketing automation, email campaigns, and a variety of platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and operational excellence across all marketing technology initiatives. Position Responsibilities Identify and implement opportunities for using AI, automation, and advanced technologies to streamline marketing processes, improve campaign performance, and enhance audience engagement. Proactively evaluate the marketing technology stack to identify, recommend, and implement integrations or enhancements to streamline workflows and maximize the value of existing tools. Coordinate with Business Systems for email campaign execution, data flow processes, and form integrations to ensure seamless marketing operations. Manage distribution and suppression lists, email opt-outs, preferences, and compliance to maintain data integrity and regulatory adherence. Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and landing pages, ensuring high-quality content, image editing, and link management. Oversee the management and maintenance of marketing platforms and tools, including Zoom accounts, YouTube channels, server access, and compliance tools. Manage assets and resources across platforms such as SharePoint, Widewail, Brandfolder, and Algolia, ensuring organization, accessibility, and compliance. Provide ongoing support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including page setup, form setup, and collaboration with the Business Systems team on functionality and enhancements. Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms, email campaign tools, and digital asset management systems. Experience implementing AI, automation, and advanced technologies in marketing operations. Knowledge of compliance requirements for email marketing, including opt-outs and data privacy. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with business systems and creative teams. Experience with content management, image editing, and link management for digital campaigns. Ability to analyze and optimize technology processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Position Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or related field.
