Job Title: UKG Optimization & HRIS Analyst Location: Des Plaines, IL (Remote) Industry: Finance Pay: $55-60/hr About Our Client: Addison Group is working on behalf of our client to find a highly motivated HR systems analyst who can play a key role in optimizing and expanding UKG Pro functionality across multiple HR domains. This opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for improving systems and streamlining HR operations. Job Description: This HRIS Analyst will help drive new UKG module implementations, support system automation efforts, and enhance the user experience across HR functions. This role involves hands-on configuration, collaboration with HR stakeholders, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and implement the UKG Pro Compensation module for streamlined salary planning and incentive workflows • Build and enhance UKG Talent Management capabilities, including succession planning and talent review dashboards • Lead efforts to automate position management and align organizational structure within UKG • Support the transition from an existing LMS to a new platform, assisting with vendor selection and data migration • Collaborate with the Benefits team to improve the UKG Benefits Hub experience and data accuracy • Identify ongoing opportunities for process automation, reporting improvements, and system optimization • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity across modules Qualifications: • Previous experience configuring UKG Pro, specifically in Compensation, Talent, or Benefits modules • Strong technical understanding of HRIS systems and automation strategies • Ability to work across multiple HR functions, including Compensation, Benefits, and HR Business Partners • Experience with LMS systems and transitions is preferred • Analytical mindset with the ability to create and manage data dashboards and reporting tools • Self-starter who can manage projects independently and deliver results in a collaborative environment Additional Details: • Open to professionals earlier in their HR systems career if they have strong UKG Pro experience • UKG system is currently live; this role supports optimization and expansion initiatives • Reports into the client’s HR Technology team; high visibility across global HR departments Perks: • Work on enterprise-level HR tech transformation projects • Collaborate with HR leaders to create long-lasting system improvements • Gain exposure to LMS transitions and other system enhancements • Flexible work environment with remote capabilities • Opportunity for career growth within the HR systems space • Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
