Job Description The Bilingual Financial Counselor will assist patients in navigating available financial assistance programs, including Medicaid and hospital-based charity care. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a patient-first approach, ensuring each individual receives clear guidance and support throughout the financial counseling process. Key Responsibilities • Support patients with Medicaid, charity care, and ACA Marketplace enrollment • Serve as a Certified Navigator for ACA/Marketplace programs • Set up and manage payment plans with patients • Maintain accurate case documentation within electronic systems (Epic experience a plus) • Manage a monthly caseload of approximately 150 patients Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in a hospital or FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) environment • Proven experience working with Medicaid, ACA, and charity assistance programs • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Epic system experience preferred Additional Details • Work Environment: Hybrid – onsite at a hospital location in Reading, PA • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday availability preferred • Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
