A global supplier of industrial chemicals and lubricants is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join their office in the Schaumburg, IL area. The ideal candidate will maintain good relationships with the key accounts and deliver customer-oriented technical support and prompt solutions. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities Include: • Maintain and develop customer relationships • Research markets and explore new business opportunities • Analyze market trends and competitors • Support product development and sustainability strategies • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and monthly closings Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements Include: • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field preferred, OR equivalent work experience • Experience in sales or marketing (preferably in plastics or flexible packaging) • Basic technical knowledge of plastics, polymers, or chemicals is plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently • Discreet with confidential information • Basic knowledge of accounting and INCOTERMS is plus • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
