Responsibilities • Coordinate project activities and ensure efficient communication between project management, accounting teams, clients, and vendors. • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure document control. • Provide administrative support, including managing change orders and other project-related tasks. • Assist in maintaining project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any potential issues. • Facilitate the use of cloud-based software tools and Microsoft Office applications for project management purposes. Essential Skills • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in construction. • High proficiency in cloud-based software tools and Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills for effective coordination between teams, clients, and vendors. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Prior experience in construction management. • Relevant educational experience in Construction Management or a related field. • Experience with construction management software such as Jonas Premier and AutoDesk. • AIA and prior billing experience. Work Environment The position is based in an office environment with standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm, offering some flexibility depending on the candidate. It involves working in a collaborative team setting with interaction between project managers, contractors, and clients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington Hills, MI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr.
