Position Summary The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to users across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation of Achieva’s hardware, software, and network systems. This role offers hands-on experience, training opportunities, and the ability to develop strong IT fundamentals in a supportive environment. Reports to the IT Department Leadership.
