Provide administrative support, answer calls professionally, research and organize projects, and handle bookkeeping for business accounts.
Must be fluent in English, proficient with QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Word, Outlook, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Compensation: • Highly competitive • Based on experience Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working Part-Time or Full-Time hours • Answering calls in a professional manner (must speak fluent understandable English) • Provide administrative support to owner • Researching and organizing the owner’s projects and investments • Bookkeeping of various business accounts Preferred skills include: • Proficient with Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task • Work efficiently while being accurate • Willingness to learn new skills and thrives under pressure
