This role combines responsibilities from facilities coordination, CMMS administration, customer service, project support, and vendor management. The position ensures smooth daily operations by managing work order flow, supporting maintenance teams, maintaining accurate CMMS data, coordinating projects and vendors, and acting as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal ABM leadership. This role directly supports the Account Lead and contributes to operational excellence, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
