Overview Advanced Plumbing and Drain is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Collections Representative to join our team. This onsite role is split evenly, with half the day focused on customer service and the other half on collections. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in both client support and accounts receivable/collections. You will engage with customers, address inquiries, assist with service needs, and conduct outbound collection efforts to ensure timely payment of invoices—all while maintaining a positive and professional experience for our clients. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner, utilizing Service Titan. • Assist customers with service information, scheduling, order processing, and troubleshooting issues. • Conduct outbound collection calls on past-due invoices using Sage, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and effective follow-up. • Handle outbound customer service calls as needed to confirm appointments, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payments, and transactions through precise data entry. • Demonstrate positive, professional phone etiquette while managing both customer service and collections call volumes. • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues, streamline processes, and improve overall service delivery. Experience • Previous experience in a call center, customer service environment, and collections role is required. • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent typing skills and high attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively and professionally.
