The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Track project progress and take ownership of client's success - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality - Maintain a high level of phone/email etiquette and professionalism at all times - Be able to work independently with minimum supervision - Work is fully remote Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, specifically in the print and related industries - Proven experience in the printing industry and demonstrate familiarity with industry terms and processes - Residence in the USA Eastern time zone (or able to work EST hours) to coincide with our clients work hours - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus) - Proficient in data entry (proficiency with MS Excel is a MUST) and CRM software - Ability to respond to customer needs and provide suitable solutions - Multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
