The Torch Team Supervisor leads one of A1 Garage Door Service’s most performance-driven sales teams. You’ll be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a team of remote Torch sales representatives who handle inbound calls, deliver consultative sales, and create outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching sales professionals, thrives in a data-driven environment, and can balance leadership with process excellence. You’ll help shape the next generation of A1’s top sales talent, ensuring consistency, integrity, and continuous improvement in every interaction. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Torch sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales KPIs. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team mojo calls, and weekly Torch meetings focused on coaching, accountability, and motivation. Listen to calls weekly for each team member to ensure adherence to standardized scripts, sales integrity, and time expectations. Provide targeted coaching for team members who are not meeting performance metrics, with clear action plans and consistent follow-up. Recognize and celebrate success—acknowledging strong sales, effective rebuttals, and outstanding customer service. Manage team schedules, ensuring coverage across all shifts, including holidays and high-volume days. Review weekly KPI reports with the Sales Director to identify trends, support struggling markets, and maximize strong performers. Partner with Training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and process consistency. Ensure operational excellence by verifying jobs are closed daily and cancellations are handled within 24 business hours. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance sales performance. Step in on customer escalations to ensure top-tier service and resolution. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with A1’s sales standards and core values. Lead by example through professional communication, organization, and proactive team engagement. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading and coaching high performing inside sales teams. Strong background in consultative sales, including upselling, financing, and overcoming objections. A deep sense of integrity and a commitment to ethical, customer-focused sales practices. The ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics such as close rate, average sale, gross margin %, financing %, and script compliance. Exceptional coaching skills, both in one-on-one settings and team environments. Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn A1’s products and systems, including garage door components and operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to create professional, inspiring team meetings and materials. Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
