SVP, LOCAL SALES – Victory+ A Parent Media Co. Inc. and Victory+™ are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive Victory+’s local revenue strategy during a pivotal period of expansion across the sports streaming industry. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Vice President, Local Sales (the “SVP”) will be a key member of Victory+’s senior leadership team. The SVP will oversee all aspects of local revenue growth, market development, and advertiser partnerships as Victory+ continues to scale its footprint with major league team partners nationwide. In this role, the SVP will build and refine our local-market sales framework, deepen partnerships with Fortune 500 brands, and develop repeatable monetization models that fuel Victory+’s long-term commercial success. They will integrate seamlessly into a fast-moving, collaborative, and results-driven leadership environment that spans media, sports, and technology. At a defining inflection point for Victory+, the SVP will lead the charge on local revenue acceleration, strengthen marketplace relationships, elevate Victory+’s commercial profile, and ensure disciplined, scalable growth as the platform continues to expand across leagues and markets. Your Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Revenue Leadership • Own the full local sales revenue target across all major league team partners nationally. • Build and manage multi-million-dollar pipelines with Fortune 500 advertisers across key verticals (Auto, Retail, CPG, Tech, Telecom, QSR, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.). • Drive consistent quarterly revenue growth, ensuring accurate forecasting, pacing, category expansion, and strategic account planning. Team & Operational Leadership • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Local Sales organization across multiple regions. • Establish the sales playbook for category strategy, regional activation, and cross-functional revenue execution. • Partner closely with National Sales, Brand Partnerships, Ad Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure cohesive go-to-market delivery. • Develop repeatable, efficient sales models for local inventory across all leagues supported on Victory+. Partnership & League Alignment • Serve as the senior Victory+ commercial lead with team front offices to align local monetization, sponsorship strategy, and regional priorities. • Collaborate with content, product, and creator teams to package in-game inventory, shoulder programming, branded content, and creator-driven activations. Marketplace & Industry Leadership • Represent Victory+ nationally across agencies, holding companies, and major brand partners. • Build and maintain relationships with CMO-, SVP-, and VP-level stakeholders at top marketing organizations. • Champion Victory+ and APMC’s Safe Streaming™ mission as the next generation of local sports distribution in the market. Qualifications & Experience • 12–15+ years of experience in sports media, streaming, or advanced video advertising with a strong track record of building and closing high-value brand partnerships. • Deep relationships across New York agency groups and Fortune 500 marketers. • Demonstrated success leading revenue teams and scaling a high-growth commercial or media organization. • Experience selling or packaging local/regional sports rights strongly preferred. • Strong executive presence, strategic clarity, and the ability to operate with urgency and influence at all levels. • Ability to command a room, build trust quickly, and lead from the front in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
