Summary: The Senior HR Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, HR metrics, and business intelligence tools, enabling them to effectively interpret complex data sets and translate findings into impactful recommendations. Duties: Data Collection and Management: · Collect, compile, and organize large volumes of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and other relevant databases. · Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by conducting regular audits and data validation checks. · Maintain and update dashboards, ensuring they reflect current and relevant data. Data Analysis and Interpretation: · Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee performance, retention, recruitment, and other key HR metrics. · Utilize statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights that drive strategies and business decisions. · Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders. Reporting and Visualization: · Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce analytics reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. · Create visually appealing and easily understandable data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights and trends. · Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing context and actionable steps. Process Improvement and Innovation: · Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. · Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce analytics and data science. · Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR analytics efforts. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: · Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of data analytics initiatives. · Serve as a subject matter expert on data analytics, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and stakeholders. · Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making processes. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the HR domain. · Proven track record of conducting complex data analysis and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Excel. · Expertise in using business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. · Strong understanding of HRIS systems and workforce data sources. · Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. · Experience in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
