The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our studio memberships and personal training packages. The Fitness Sales Representative will be responsible for understanding our fitness products and services, identifying potential customers, presenting our offerings, and converting leads into sales. Individuals with a strong passion for health and fitness and proven sales skills will be ideal for this role. Responsibilities • Present, promote, and sell services to potential customers. • Establish, cultivate, and uphold positive business and customer relationships. • Keep the sales pipeline full by actively recruiting customer leads, reaching out to customer leads through all available channels, and converting leads to prospects, ultimately to clients. • Achieve the sales targets and goals within the agreed-upon schedule. • Conduct trial workouts with potential clients. • Stay updated on the latest best practices and promotional trends in the fitness industry. • Continuously improve through feedback. Compensation The compensation will consist of base and commission, offering unlimited earning potential. Compensation: $1,600.00 - $6,000.00 per month
