Account Manager Overview 4M is growing and that means we need to grow our family of Team Members. Job Description As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a growing company. Check out our culture video to learn more about us at: https://youtu.be/8v14pCRDRlA Annual Salary: $45,000 Hours: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday (hours could vary) Responsibilities • Supervising, coaching and training Team Members • Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact • Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules • Implement 4M Operational Playbook • Maintain accurate building/facility records • Promote a safe work environment Qualifications • 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing • Strong drive for results • Sense of urgency • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client • Ability to analyze issues and create solutions Reports To: Regional Manager
