What You’ll Do • Support and manage relationships with customers and partners throughout LATAM • Understand regional needs, nuances, and business expectations beyond language translation • Assist with partner onboarding and coordinate with internal teams • Share product and program information in a clear and culturally appropriate way • Help track partner and customer activity in our CRM system • Conduct basic outreach to potential new partners • Support creation of region-focused materials and resources • Provide general account support to ensure customers have a smooth experience What We’re Looking For • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Understanding of LATAM cultural, market, and business dynamics • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical concepts • Basic understanding of customer or partner engagement • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a global team environment • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable learning CRM tools Perks & Benefits • Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 and 10% commission upon achieving target quota • Remote flexibility (or in-office option in Milpitas, CA) • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • Flexible schedule • Cell phone reimbursement Location Remote or Milpitas, CA office.
