This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New York (USA) Bilingual Health Plan Service Representative Remote: (FL, IA, IN, KS, MS, NE, OK, TN, WV) Pay Rate: $20–$24/hr 6-month contract 2 openings Schedule: Mon–Fri 11:30 AM–8 PM; Sat 9 AM–5 PM (alternate day off provided) Provide high-quality customer service and support to Members, Medicare Brokers, Commercial Brokers, and Employers through phone, email, and online channels. Responsibilities: • Handle inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, Medicare/Commercial products, billing, payments, and reconciliation. • Research and resolve issues while documenting interactions accurately. • Communicate with internal teams and escalate trends or process improvement opportunities. • Support service-related projects and partner with Quality Assurance on performance insights.
