Job Title: Clinical Data Analyst (Skincare R&D) Pay Rate: $24/hr (W2) Job Type: Full-Time Contract (6 months, extension up to 2 years) Location: 111 Terminal Ave, Clark, NJ 07066 Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday Start: Immediate Need About the Role We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst I to support the Research & Innovation (R&I) Skincare division. This role plays a key part in evaluating skincare technologies, coordinating product testing, and creating scientific documentation for new and existing formulations. This is an onsite, hands-on role partnering with Safety, Analytical, and Clinical Evaluation teams to support ingredient research, testing, and scientific communication. ResponsibilitiesScientific Research & Documentation • Review scientific and technical literature to identify new skincare technologies and insights. • Create clear synopses of scientific findings for internal teams. • Support technical dossiers related to new products and ingredient updates. Testing & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with Safety, Analytical, and Clinical Evaluation teams to support: • Clinical testing • Instrumental testing • Consumer testing • Assist with product performance testing and ingredient research. • Help track testing progress and ensure accurate scientific communication. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field. • Ability to read, summarize, and interpret scientific literature. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for expert and non-expert audiences. • Highly organized, curious, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience • Experience in skincare, cosmetics, ingredients, or product testing environments. • Prior work with R&D, laboratory settings, or clinical/consumer studies. Work Environment • Onsite, 5 days per week • Fast-paced R&I skincare lab environment • Contract role with long-term extension potential (up to 24 months) GA01 Job Type: Contract Pay: $24.00 per hour Ability to Commute: • Clark, NJ (Required) Work Location: In person
