🐾 Care Coordinator — In-Office Location: 84 Main Street, Bloomingdale, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM + one Saturday per month (3 hours) Compensation: $22–$25/hour based on experience (up to 40 hours/week) About 3DPets 3DPets designs and produces custom 3D-printed mobility devices that help pets around the world regain their independence. Our team collaborates with veterinarians, rehab specialists, and pet parents to deliver the best outcomes possible — one happy tail at a time. The Role We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our in-office team in Bloomingdale, NJ. This person will be the friendly, organized face of 3DPets — guiding clients through every step of the process, ensuring their questions are answered, and helping each pet get the support they need. In addition to client care, this position includes maintaining the 3DPets office, ensuring it’s always clean, organized, and ready to welcome clients and their pets for fittings, scans, and consultations. What You’ll Do • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. • Candidacy & Intake: Explain our process and device options, assess candidacy, and coordinate with veterinarians to gather required records. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles and notes to ensure smooth coordination across all departments. • Order Support: Assist clients with purchases, invoices, insurance documentation, and post-fitting adjustments. • Sales: Generate, nurture, and follow up with leads to support and drive sales. • Office Upkeep: Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and pet-friendly environment; ensure all client-facing spaces are prepared for appointments. • Events & Outreach: Support trade shows, open houses, and client training sessions; contribute to newsletters and educational content. • Internal Collaboration: Partner with operations and production teams to maintain clear communication and deliver an exceptional client experience. • Social Media: Assist with capturing and organizing content, and respond to comments and inquiries across platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). What We’re Looking For • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills • Warm, professional demeanor with clients and pets • Experience with customer service, veterinary, or healthcare environments (preferred) • Strong computer skills and comfort using email, phone systems, and CRM tools • Ability to reliably commute to Bloomingdale, NJ • A proactive, compassionate attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Details • $22–$25/hour, depending on experience (full-time, capped at 40 hrs/week) • PTO accrual consistent with company policy • Eligibility for company performance bonuses • Opportunity for growth within a mission-driven, pet-focused company
