Job Title: Chief of Staff, Full-Time Location: New York, NY or USA Remote About The Company We’re building the AI-native operating system for litigation. Today, legal teams face millions of siloed documents across PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets—making facts hard to connect and knowledge fragile. Our platform turns this chaos into knowledge graphs rooted in structured ontologies, compounding insights with every case. The result: faster strategy, stronger arguments, and a lasting edge in high-stakes litigation. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Chief of Staff to work alongside our executive team. This role involves working day-to-day with our CEO and senior leadership on all aspects of building Mason into a leading litigation platform, executing day-to-day responsibilities in areas including marketing & sales, product, fundraising, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a top law firm, legaltech company, consulting company, software startup or comparable professional environment, and will bring a blend of analytical rigor, critical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Areas of Responsibility Act as a thought partner to the executive team, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives. Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations, including client and investor presentations, ensuring clear communication. Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver an outstanding product that satisfies the requirements of discerning financial institutions. Manage and lead special projects with high visibility and impact across the company. Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top university. 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, including in a top law firm, legaltech company, consulting firm, or comparable professional environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems. Passion for building and scaling businesses. Why You Should Join Us We’re on a mission to make a lasting impact on the litigation industry by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. Joining us means stepping in at the ground floor of an exciting journey. As we rapidly grow, your ideas and contributions will play a critical role in shaping this venture and fostering the dynamic, collaborative environment we’re building. We offer competitive compensation, including cash, equity, and benefits.
