Benefits: Bonus based on performance Company car Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Abatement Testing Services is seeking a reliable, licensed Asbestos & Lead Sampling Technician to join our team in Nashville. This role involves collecting environmental samples for asbestos and lead in residential and commercial properties. You’ll play a vital part in supporting safe, compliant abatement projects by pulling accurate field samples for lab analysis. Key Responsibilities: Perform asbestos and lead sampling in accordance with state and federal regulations Properly document chain of custody and field notes Safely collect samples from walls, ceilings, floors, soil, or air as needed Follow all OSHA and EPA guidelines for PPE and sample handling Coordinate with project managers and lab staff for timely reporting Ensure job site safety and professionalism at all times Requirements: Current Hawaii state asbestos and lead sampling certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Ability to work independently in the field Experience preferred, but we’re open to newer technicians with the proper licenses Compensation: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month EMERGENCY WATER & FLOOD RESTORATION CAREERS About 24 Hour Flood Pros™ Here at 24 Hour Flood Pros™, our mission is to bring the best and fastest response service to emergencies at residential and commercial properties throughout the entire country.
