Full Description

Duration: 3 Months to long-term Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. (every other weekend and rotating holidays) Note: LTC (Long-Term Care) experience is mandatory Job Description: • Provide direct daily care, assist with rehabilitation, and help maintain resident quarters. • Duties are performed according to established rules and under the supervision of registered nurses and/or physicians. • CNAs participate in on-the-job and formal in-service training to maintain nursing care expertise. • They assist and encourage residents to engage in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities, both individually and in groups. • Work is closely supervised through reports, ward inspections, and observation, though routine duties are performed independently. Required Documents: • Active CNA license • Active BLS/CPR.
