Job Description: The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician must be dedicated and detail oriented. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of our network and data center during the 2 PM to 10 PM shift. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor network and data center operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime. • Manage and resolve customer tickets promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. • Take ownership of customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and drive resolutions to completion. • Provide timely, clear, and accurate feedback to customers and internal teams. • Handling wholesale phone number porting. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. • Adhere to established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
